I am writing to record my thanks for the work you have undertaken with regard to the two implants you have fitted over the last eighteen months.
I was very nervous about the procedure and this was compounded by the fact that you also had to undertake a bone graft. I need not have been concerned as both before and during the treatment you were able to explain each step before you undertook it and the advice given after the minor surgery enabled me to follow simple instructions and so promote recovery.
I would not hesitate to recommend this procedure to anyone wishing to replace either damaged or lost teeth. I feel far more confident as when I smile I no longer need to consider the wide gap of two absent teeth that previously showed.
The total cost for all the work undertaken including the bone graft was very compatible and I would go as far as to say was considerably less than another quote I had previously received.
