I am happy to recommend the treatment I got from you and Jonathan Murphy, inserting one implant/crown in my 65-year old, rear upper jaw following the extraction of a tooth with an infected root. This involved some bone augmentation and sinus lifting. The whole treatment took six appointments spread over nine months, perhaps three hours in the chair in total.
The procedure was not painful, but not without some discomfort (the tapping!). The end result is very comfortable and I believe superior to bridge work or loose dentures though I have no personal experience of these. With proper maintenance and hygiene I expect the implant to see me out. If another tooth needs similar treatment I will not hesitate.
The cost, £2,470 including initial assessment and extraction, is considerable but that applies to all private medicine in the UK. If you can afford it you pay. I have no reason to think your charges are uncompetitive.
The receptionists and nurses were all very efficient, solicitous and attractive and that helps to sweeten the pill.
More parking spaces would be good.
