To The Implant Team
First of all I would like to thank Doctors Bill Schaeffer and Jonathan Murphy for the excellent treatment I have received from them over the past year.
When I first attended The Implant Centre on the recommendation of my own dentist, I was really apprehensive. My mouth was a mess, a loose lower denture causing not only difficulty eating but also embarrassment socially despite the use of most of the adhesives on the market.
After an hour with Bill, where all options were clearly explained, it seemed that help was at hand.
A comprehensive treatment plan followed and so began a series of appointments with Jonathan to take impressions for a bridge.
Surgery by Bill took place five months later, this consisted of extractions, flattening of the jaw bone and the placement of four dental implants. Bill explained everything as he went along and, as promised, I felt no pain whatsoever.
The following day a temporary bridge was fitted and now, eight months later, a permanent one. Every effort was made to get it absolutely right and I am delighted with the result.
Treatment with dental implants is expensive but considering the time and professional skill involved, the up to date technology used and the care given it is worth the cost.
Thanks to dental implant treatment my life has changed. I can now eat, laugh and even sneeze if necessary without embarrassment.
To anyone considering treatment I would certainly recommend The Implant Centre.
