Testimonials / Mrs J. Clark
To whom it may concern.
I was referred to The Implant Centre at Haywards Heath by my dentist in April 2009. One of my upper front teeth had been crowned years ago and had been replaced once but had now become very wobbly. An X-ray showed that the root canal was cracked, so it became clear that a dental implant was the only viable option as I did not want a denture. My dentist assured me that I would get a much better result with a dental implant. I was a little apprehensive as I have had extensive dental treatment over time and was not sure what to expect. I did some research on the internet but that scared and confused me even more!
However, my initial consultation with Bill Schaeffer helped me to allay my fears and to clarify exactly what was involved. He examined my mouth thoroughly and took lots of x-rays and photographs. He explained what my options were, what the costs and timescales were likely to be and encouraged me to ask questions which he answered clearly and patiently. As a result, I decided to go ahead. A week or so later, I received a comprehensive document which included a personal treatment plan, a summary of costs and timescales and general information about dental implants.
The whole process took about four months, and the final implant crown fit took place at the beginning of September. I am absolutely delighted with the result and feel more confident and relaxed knowing that I now have a permanent solution to the problems and uncertainty I experienced prior to going to The Implant Centre.
Without exception, the staff are all friendly, courteous and totally professional. Having a dental implant is not a cheap option but it is worth every penny. I researched costs at other centres through the internet and found The Implant Centre’s costs slightly below average, however, the treatment I received was, I feel, well above average. I would recommend The Implant Centre to anyone considering having dental implants done. My grateful thanks to Bill Schaeffer, Tony Rose, and all the staff I encountered there.
