Hello All at the excellent best Implant Centre,
Firstly a very merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year to you all. Secondly my apologies for not writing to you with my feedback following my tooth implant course which was completed last month. So here it is.
“After having lost one of my molars earlier this year, following a failed Root Canal treatment, I was referred to The Implant Centre by my dentist. Nevertheless, I was somewhat reluctant to tread the path towards having a tooth implant because it sounded quite an unpleasant, painful and frightening venture so I set about doing an online review of the implant process to improve my own knowledge about the treatment and seek out all the dental implant outlets within 50 miles radius of my home before making an appointment visit to The Implant Centre at Haywards Heath.
Location and ease of access, cost, reputation, past performance and qualifications of the dental staff and whether the surgery used modern high tech equipment and took special care of its patients were some of my principal requirements and after several weeks study I decided that actually The Implant Centre best suited my needs so I made my first appointment to check if I had chosen well. Everything that followed that appointment couldn’t have gone better than I had hoped it would. Everyone from the front desk reception to the wonderful skills of the dental nurses, technicians and the clever dentists themselves made me feel completely at ease and confident that I would obtain my new implanted tooth with the utmost care and courtesy possible. I was especially impressed with the amazing technology used by the surgery and the whole treatment covered a few months with each appointment being conducted in a most friendly, informative and professional manner every step of the way and, I am now the very proud owner of a newly implanted tooth.
I would not hesitate to return to The Implant Centre for another implant if I ever needed one in the future and I would strongly recommend you to anyone else who might need such treatment.”

Please tell Bill that the wisdom tooth that was giving me such pain when I had my last check-up a few weeks ago has had to be removed by James Whitehead my dentist last week as it had cracked and infected the root. So I may be back to see you sooner than I expected!
