It was evident from fairly early on that dental implants were not a realistic option in my case. However not only were you willing to continue to treat me knowing it was likely to be complicated but you then continued to see me regularly over a two month period to check and ensure healing had fully taken place. All this at no additional cost.
It was very reassuring to know that I was in safe hands and that decisions about treatment would be made in the best interests of the patient even if not necessarily in the financial interested of the business.
I am pleased to say that I am now fully healed and considering alternative options with my local dentist as you suggested.
