Our Team
Nicola is our Practice Manager. Drawing from her experience in team and office management, recruitment and customer service, Nicola aims to ensure that all our patients have a (comfortable/informed/stress free) experience at our centre. She manages the day to day running of our business from dealing with patients regarding their treatment and arranging sedation and/or finance if required to keeping our accounts in order and arranging our popular training events and open days for dentists.

Dolly
Dolly is our senior implant specialist nurse and has been part of the team since opening in October 2006. Dolly has been nursing since 1991, qualifying in 1993 and gaining subsequent qualifications in dental radiography and NVQ Assessor for Oral Health Care in Dental Nursing Level 3 for full training of junior dental nurses. She has experience and knowledge of a wide scope of dental treatments, concentrating on cosmetic and implantology over the past five years. Dolly pays particular attention to making patients feel at ease and make their visit as comfortable as possible, providing guidance and reassurance through all stages of treatment.
Kara
Kara is an implant specialist nurse and has been with The Implant Centre since October 2006. She holds a qualification in Oral Health Care in Dental Nursing NVQ
Level 3 as well as a qualification in Dental Radiography.
Kara has experience in both cosmetic and implant dentistry. She is extremely approachable and a confident, knowledgeable member of the team who pays careful attention to the needs of our patients to minimise anxiety and provide a quality service.
Mandy
Mandy Parris joined our team of nurses in 2010.
Mandy brings a wealth of experience gained from over twenty years of practice and she has already become an integral part of the team.
Claire
Claire has been with The Implant Centre since January 2007 having previously worked in the private medical sector for five years. She has lived in Haywards
Heath for 25 years! And so she is the one to speak to regarding
directions.
She is our appointments Secretary and Administrator and she will be the first person you come into contact with once your referral has been received. Claire will then be able to co-ordinate your appointments and answer any queries you have regarding treatment.
